Ensure any alternative hanging structures used to hang the TiiPii Bed from are safe, in good order, and able to hold double the intended load – 1100lbs / 500kg. This is the sole responsibility of the end user. Do not hang more than 20” / 50cm above ground. Children to be supervised at all times. Ages 3+.

Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened and in the same state as when you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
